Salary:  NJC Grade C1 point 6 – 19

£19,171 – £24,799 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Site Manager. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach to taking care of our school and will need a proven range of site maintenance skills including general repairs, cleaning, painting and decorating and DIY. Experience of boilers and heating systems is desirable. 

The post carries responsibilities for ensuring a clean, tidy, safe and secure environment to facilitate effective teaching of students and full use by staff and visitors. 

It is essential that you have your own transport as some travel may be required.  Due to weekend hiring at academies across the Trust, there may be a requirement for some weekend working.   We want to appoint a suitable candidate who can also drive our school minibus, so a D1 on your driving license, as well as experience of driving minibuses, would be an advantage.
