Clerk to the Trust Board and Local Governing Body

Required to start September 2019

Skills for Life Trust

Salary:  £12.00 per hour

(anticipated up to 48 meetings per year)

 

The Skills for Life Trust, currently comprises two secondary academies and three primary academies:  Greenacre Academy, Walderslade Girls’ School, Warren Wood Primary Academy, Hilltop Primary Academy and Chantry Community Academy.

The Trust Board and the local governing bodies of Greenacre Academy and the three primary academies are seeking an experienced clerk.  This is a part time post covering meetings during the day and late afternoon.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator who organises meeting venues and business, prepares agendas and documentation prior to meetings, provides advice to governors, and circulates copies of minutes after each meeting and to initiate actions following meetings.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for mainlining governing body records for the Trust HR Department.
