This is an all-boys secondary academy in Medway where you will work alongside a strong and motivated team, who are committed to ensuring that our pupils make outstanding progress. The wellbeing of staff is highly important to us and we are innovative in our reduction of workload for teachers.

We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional, passionate and motivated Geography teacher with a creative and inspirational approach to teaching to join our highly supportive, dynamic and dedicated department. The candidate should be able to teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and NQTs alike.

The Greenacre Academy science department is well resourced and equipped and strives for continued student improvement. Students within the school have demonstrated a keen commitment to the subject, through our skills for life ethos we strive for success in all that we do.

Our recent OFSTED in May 2018 resulted in a continued GOOD rating and commented that, “Leaders set high expectations for behaviour and academic progress. As a result, the school is a calm and purposeful learning environment. The Headteacher successfully supports the well-being of staff.”

The Skills for Life Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
